Preview de Mille Torrico está lejos de ser una muestra o previsualización si pensamos en la traducción literal de la palabra inglesa, al contrario es un todo irónico y ácido que la autora ha construido con retazos de realidad y ficción. El libro ostenta como unos de sus puntos más altos, un contraste y equilibrio entre crónica confesional y estilización pop, podemos por un lado vislumbrar un sujeto testimoniante verosímil, voces que podemos encontrar a cada paso en las discos, en la habitación de al lado, en los paseos peatonales pegados a los malls o grandes tiendas en busca de divisas de identidad, cuerpos consumiéndose en los Starbucks y en general atestando esos pueblos que juegan a ser urbes cosmopolitas, pero además Preview sostiene una atmósfera saturada de pop y una violencia estilizada y dinámica, que a un escritor/lector/fan como quien suscribe, lo transporta de plano a un comic o videogame.</div>
